Please note:

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. PRICING & BILLING

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice.
Your purchase will be charged in GBP unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your payment method for your order.

5. ORDER PROCESSING

When you place an order:

  1. You receive an automated confirmation email.

  2. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  3. Your order details are forwarded to our fulfilment partners for dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or if incorrect information has been provided.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping times vary depending on your location and fulfilment processing.
Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or incorrect address submissions.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

7. LOCAL PICKUP

If you choose local pickup:

  • You will be contacted to arrange a collection time.

  • Pickup details are sent privately for client safety and privacy.

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene, safety and industry standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products, whether opened or unopened.

This is to maintain strict quality control and protect all clients.

If there is a rare issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the situation.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, and only if the order has not been processed by our fulfilment partner.

After this point, cancellations are not possible.

10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that information on the site is error-free.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders that were placed based on incorrect information.
