Booking Policy

Please come to your appointment with your hair fully blow-dried. I do provide a quick 10-minute blow-dry to straighten the hair out before I start. Your hair MUST be blow-dried otherwise you will have a £10 fee added to your remaining balance. If your hair is not clean (has not been washed) you will be turned away. So please come with your hair WASHED and BLOWDRIED to avoid disappointment! Hair must be a minimum of 5-6 inches long for all braid styles. I will not style extremely damaged or short hair.

You will either need to provide the hair yourself or request for the hair to be provided. The price for the hair will be added to your balance.

Some appointments (for example smedium knotless extra-long braids) will take time to finish please book this type of appointment earlier in the day 9am for small knotless braids, 10am for small medium/medium braids. This is to ensure we can make use of the time and I can slot people in and work efficiently. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your appointment anytime after 24 hours of the appointment booking, your £30 deposit will NOT be refunded to you. If you would like to reschedule, you will able to reschedule once for free and then £10 thereafter and you will need to reschedule a week in advance. Any no-shows will be banned from booking in the future, will also lose the £30 deposit, and you will be charged 75% of the total service price.

Lateness

If you are late more than 20 minutes you will have £10 fee added to your balance. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, Please do call/message me if you are running late, so we can discuss any adjustments to your booking.

PaymenTs

A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 will need to be paid for confirmation of the appointment and will be deducted from the final price. The remaining balance will need to be paid in cash at the appointment. For example, if the hairstyle you have booked costs £60.00, you will have £30.00 left to pay at your appointment.

PREMIUM SLOTS

If you are booking a slot on a bank holiday, 6pm onwards or before 10am, you will incur a £20 booking fee. The same applies for squeeze ins. If an appointment is booked on an “off day” manually via direct message or email, you will also need to pay £20 extra. Please bare this in mind when picking an appointment date and time.
