SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Miche Extensions. We specialise in luxury bulk human hair for braiders and clients who want premium quality. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been confirmed, it immediately enters production and fulfilment with our partnered suppliers. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We work with trusted fulfilment partners to ensure fast delivery.

UK Shipping (Standard):

3-5 business days
Includes vendor processing + transit time.

Please note:
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, couriers, holidays, or incorrect address submissions are outside our control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We typically offer:

  • Standard Shipping: from £4.99

  • Free Shipping: on qualifying orders over £150

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active.

5. LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

After selecting Local Pickup at checkout:

  1. You will receive a pickup notification once your order is ready.

  2. You must contact us to arrange a pickup time.

  3. The pickup location is shared privately after booking for security and client safety.

Orders must be collected within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address

  • Re-shipping fees for returned orders

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay the re-shipping cost.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been shipped, Miche Extensions is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels

  • Stolen parcels

  • Courier delays

  • Missed delivery attempts

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

We will assist where possible, but resolution is dependent on the courier.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available depending on location.
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

9. PRE-ORDERS OR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item is on pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
