REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Miche Extensions. We pride ourselves on providing premium bulk human hair for professional braiders and clients who expect quality.
Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of hair products and for strict hygiene and safety standards, all sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations after the 1-hour grace period

This policy applies whether the hair is unopened, unused, or still in its original packaging.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase only if the order has not already begun processing with our fulfilment partner.

After 1 hour — or once processing has started — cancellations are not possible.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We thoroughly quality-check our products before dispatch.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a manufacturing defect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will review your case and provide the next steps.
Approval is not guaranteed, and investigations may take 1–3 business days.

We do not accept claims outside the 48-hour window.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Ordering the wrong length or texture

  • Change of mind

  • Delivery delays caused by the courier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier

  • Natural texture variation (every bundle is slightly unique)

  • Slight colour differences due to lighting

  • Improper installation, cutting, brushing, or chemical processing

5. SHIPPING ISSUES

Miche Extensions is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Courier delays

  • Customs or import fees

  • Missed delivery attempts

Once the order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier.

6. RETURN TO SENDER

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay the re-shipping cost.
We do not offer refunds for orders returned for this reason.

7. LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS

If you select local pickup:

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days

  • Pickup appointments must be confirmed

  • Uncollected orders are not eligible for a refund or cancellation
